Parsley Salad Tabouleh Recipe

Ingredients for 4 portions
200 g bulgur Fine
2 bunch parsley, flat
¼ bunch mint, fresh
½ green pepper (s), green
0.33 chili pepper (s), green sharp
½ cucumber (s), green
1 large tomato (s)
6 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons oil
Salt and pepper

Preparation
Bulgur 20 min. Soak in warm water.
Herbal Wash, dry and chop finely. The vegetables are washed and cut into small pieces.
Bulgur, drain, mix with the herbs and add the lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper. Then dice the vegetables between them.

African Peanut Pot from Nigeria Recipe

Ingredients for 2 portions
600 g pork
M.-2 large onion (s)
2 tablespoons oil (peanut oil)
175 g peanut butter
A pinch of pepper, black
1 pinch cayenne pepper
A pinch of salt,
1 kl. Dose / s tomato (n)
300 ml meat stock
1 bunch parsley, flat
3 lemon (s), sliced
1 tablespoon cumin, ground


Recipe

Peel the onions and chop finely. The pork cut into narrow strips. The peanut oil in a frying pan.
Sear the meat portions in it and set aside. Fry the onions in remaining oil until light brown. The peanut butter mix and season with salt, pepper, cumin and cayenne pepper. add the tomatoes with the juice.
Gating The meat broth and bring to a boil. The flesh give back to the pot and simmer covered on medium heat for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, the Petersillie wash, put aside a few sprigs for garnish, pluck off the rest of the leaves and chop finely.
Taste the stew and season to taste if necessary. The Petersillie mix. Garnish with the remaining parsley.
Serve with brown rice.

Fufu ( Ghana ) Recipe

Ingredients for 4 portions
1 kg sweet potato (n), (sweet potatoes) or Manoik or yams
1 kg banana (s) (bananas), peeled
A pinch of salt,

Preparation
The potatoes peeled and cut into pieces or slices if necessary. Cook in water with salt, then puree in a blender with the banana.

Since cassava, sweet potatoes or yams in Europe are not available everywhere, resourceful West Africans invented a halfway satisfactory substitute recipe:
Ingredients: corn flour: 2.5 cups, mashed potato powder, 2.5 cups of boiling water: 6 cups
Preparation:

Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients for4 portions
275 g flour
10 ml baking powder
1 ml sodium
1 ml salt
175 g butter
200 g sugar
2 egg (s)
125 ml milk
2 ml vanilla sugar
250 ml banana (s), mashed (3 or 4 depending on size)

Preparation
Butter and sugar until it is light and creamy. Eggs and vanilla sugar mitsch lay. Alternately add the baking powder, baking soda and salt, sifted flour and milk. Stir well
Mash the banana with a fork and fold
Bake in a well greased loaf pan 180 ° for one hour.
