Danish Red Cabbage Recipe

Ingredients for 1 portions
1 head red cabbage, about 1 kg
100 g lard
1 glass of wine, red
½ cup vinegar (wine vinegar)
1 onion (s) finely diced
5 tablespoons jelly (currant jelly)
Pepper
Salt
little clove (s), ground

Preparation
Red cabbage slice finely.

Cucumber salad with yogurt Recipe

1 cucumber (s)
½ teaspoon salt
1 pinch pepper
3 tablespoons dill, finely chopped fresh
For the sauce:
100 ml oil
2 clove / n garlic
1 tablespoon vinegar (wine vinegar)
300 ml yoghurt

Preparation

100 g cheese (Gouda), diced

Mayor garden soup A different soup Recipe

Ingredients for  6 portions
5 Rod / n leek, small
5 m-sized onion (s)
5 carrot (s)
40 g butter
1 liter of broth
½ liter of milk
1 branch / e thyme
1 cup / n peas
125 ml cream
Salt and pepper
½ bunch chives
½ bunch parsley
some cheese, grated

Preparation

Clean the vegetables. Leek, carrot and onion cut into slices.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry the vegetables. Then add the broth, milk and thyme and simmer for about 20 minutes. Next, the peas and add the cream and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.

Finally, the soup with salt, pepper, chives and parsley and season to taste. Transfer to plates and sprinkle with grated cheese.
