Ingredients for portions

Preparation

500 g yogurt (whole milk yogurt)
250 g sour cream

A dough (basic recipe for strudel dough, substitute puff pastry)
Preparation
The basic recipe for strudel dough is in my recipes.
Lamb meat cut into thin strips. Spring onions in rolls and peppers into small cubes. Sauté in a tablespoon of hot oil 2 minutes. Set aside. Sear lamb in portions in remaining hot oil. Season with cinnamon, oregano, tomato paste, pepper, sugar and salt. Lamb meat and vegetables in a bowl to cool.
Crumbled feta and chopped parsley mix. Roll out dough and fill, as described in the basic recipe (or puff pastry cook according to package instructions). Strudel with egg yolk and sprinkle with cumin. In pre-heated oven at 200 degrees (convection 170 degrees) 40-45 minutes.
There are yogurt. Peel the cucumber, halve lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a teaspoon. Grate the cucumber and mix it with yogurt, sour cream and crushed garlic and season with salt, herbs and lemon juice. Dill pluck from the stems, finely chop the garlic and stir into yogurt.

250 g ground beef
80 g rice
500 ml beef stock, homemade or instant
Salt and pepper, black, freshly ground
1 pinch allspice
½ tsp pepper powder, mild
2 cups yogurt
Preparation
Peel and finely chop. Heat butter in a saucepan onions, fry it. Add ground meat and fry over high heat until the juice has evaporated and the meat browns lightly. Advertise on medium heat.
Rinse rice in a sieve and mix with the minced meat. Fold in thawed spinach and stirring. The broth, pepper, allspice and red pepper stir and boil everything. Let cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
Strainer hang over a bowl, put in a coffee filter bag. Pour yogurt to drain for about 20 minutes. Yogurt in a bowl. Spinach and ground beef mixture with salt and pepper to taste strong. Serve with yogurt and pita bread.
