Ingredients for portions
100 g butter
100 g sugar
2 egg (s)
100 g flour
Lemon zest or lemon flavoring
n. as syrup, light (such as Golden Syrup) or caramel syrup
some baking soda
Preparation
Butter, sugar and eggs until frothy, add lemon peel. Baking powder and flour and fold.
A microwavable form (I use for this recipe a fire-resistant glass measuring cup with 500 ml capacity) filled with the syrup. The soil should be covered, so do not skimp. Pour the mixture to the syrup and cover the whole set with plastic wrap.
In the microwave at full power (in my case about 700 watts), about 3 minutes “baking”. Caution! The cake is very hot! When the cake is done (in the form of the glass you see the very good), the whole thing onto a plate. So she sucks the remaining syrup to the batter well. Serve warm. This tradition fits Custard, so vanilla.

¾ teaspoon salt
225 g sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
115 g margarine
2 egg (s)
5 tablespoons evaporated milk (9.5% fat)
5 tablespoons water

For the glaze:
70 g margarine
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
225 g icing sugar
3 tablespoons milk, hot
Butter vanilla flavoring
Preparation
2 deep forms solid bottom (diameter 18 cm) greased and flour.
Flour, salt, sugar and cocoa together seven, the melted margarine and add the eggs, condensed milk, water and vanilla flavoring to be mixed thoroughly.
Spread on the two forms and in the oven at 170-175 ° C (top / bottom heat), about 35 minutes
Melt margarine and cocoa together. Powdered sugar, hot milk and vanilla to taste Stir until a viscous mass. The glaze coat thickness on a cake, set the second out and distribute the rest of the icing on the cake whole.
Note: It is important that the pan has a solid ground, since the dough is very smooth! But it must not be a round shape and if you only have a small form, you can also bake the cakes one after another! Depending on the shape of the baking time can of course also vary.
Of course you can take any casting, but he must be very viscous, as the layer between the cake should be thick.
