Pasta salad with tuna Recipe

Ingredients for portions
250 g pasta (spiral pasta)
1 cucumber (s)
1 can of tuna
1 kl. Glass mayonnaise
1 kl. Can / n corn, possibly

Preparation
Pasta in abundant salted boiling water until done, drain and cool. In the meantime, peel the cucumber in half and remove the seeds with a spoon, then cut into small pieces. Drain the tuna and mix with the mayonnaise and cucumber in a bowl. Add the noodles and mix together.

The whole thing for a few hours in the refrigerator. You might want to give even a small can of corn.

This pasta salad I took from my English host mother.

Scottish stew Recipe

Ingredients for portions
½ kg minced meat, mixed
½ kg of leeks
½ kg of noodles or potatoes
1 cup creme fraiche or sour cream
1 onion (s)
1 clove / n garlic
200 ml vegetable stock
Salt and pepper
Paprika
Tomato paste

Preparation
Noodles or potatoes in pieces cook as usual. Dice the onion and garlic finely and slice the leek. Ground beef well in oil, fry onions and garlic, cook 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Leek and add broth, cook for 10 minutes. Crème fraiche to stir well, to taste tomato paste, season with salt, pepper, paprika. Cook 5 minutes ahead. Finally, fold in the pasta or potatoes.
Preparation time: 30 minutes

Börek with noodles Recipe

Ingredients for portions
3 record / s dough (Turkish Yufka)
½ liter of milk
3 egg (s)
125 g margarine
250 g pasta (farfalle, butterflies)
1 pack cream cheese (grated or crumbled)
Parsley (chopped)

Preparation
Noodles in salted water, strain.
The cheese with the parsley in a bowl. This mixture fold into the noodles.

Whisk the eggs in a bowl, stir in the milk well. Melt the margarine, stir and let cool slightly among them.

A large round baking pan (not spring-form) a little grease with the liquid. A Yufka positioned so that the edges overlap slightly. Half of the noodle mixture onto it. 2.Yufka put it loosely. Sprinkle mixture with the milk well. The other half of the noodles onto it. give back to the milk mixture over it. The overlapping sides of the bottom Yufkas roll over. All of the liquid onto it.

Bake at medium heat.

Pasta with creamy lentils Recipe

Ingredients for portions
100 g lentils, red
1 onion (s)
1 cup cream
½ cup creme fraiche or sour cream
Coriander, ground
Ground cumin
Paprika
Salt
possibly Parmesan
300 g noodles, green or spaghetti

Preparation
Pasta in salted water until al dente. Lentils in water with salt and coriander 5 to 10 minutes to cook. Chop onions, fry in oil. Add cream and creme fraiche, let simmer until creamy. Add lentils. Season with salt, coriander, cumin and pepper to taste. The sauce should get a nice, delicate red color. Fold in the cooked noodles, maybe sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Preparation time: 20 min
