Ingredients for 4 portions
500 g chicken breasts
125 g natural yoghurt
1 clove / n garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon spice paste (tandoori paste, is available from the Asia-store)
2 tablespoons butter
1 ½ teaspoon spice mixture (Garam Masala – spice blend ind / Asian store.)
Recipe
Dice the chicken and place on greased 3-4 pieces per skewer, place on a plate or in a shallow dish. Marinated in yogurt, garlic and tandoori paste manufacture and coat the chicken skewers. Cover and marinate 4-5 hours, turning several times. Greased baking sheet with aluminum foil and grill the skewers on each side about 4 minutes in the oven until the surface is browned. In between the skewers Brush with melted butter to prevent the meat from drying out.
Serve with basmati rice. Sprinkle the dish with garam masala.

Ingredients for 4 portions
1 kg chicken breast fillet, diced
2 large onion (s), diced
10 cm ginger root, diced
2 clove / n garlic, diced
3 large chili pepper (s), red
2 large lemon (s), pressed
2 tsp, heaped cumin, ground
2 tsp saffron threads
2 tsp, heaped ground coriander
800 ml coconut milk
2 tablespoons oil
salt
2 kl. Federation cilantro, fresh
4 large beefsteak tomato (n), shelled, diced
Preparation
The meat with 1 tablespoon oil 3 minutes sear and season with salt and set aside.
With the remaining oil then fry the onions for 5 minutes. Garlic, ginger and chilli to give it. After another 3 minutes to cumin and saffron. Fry briefly and pour in coconut milk. Bring to a boil and add the tomatoes. After 3 minutes, puree everything. Now season to taste with coriander and lemon juice. The meat reproduce and cook 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with fresh coriander

Ingredients for portions
2 tablespoons oil
1 onion (s), chopped
2 piece / s leeks, cut into thick slices
4 chicken breast fillets, without skin, cut into cubes
1 clove / n garlic, chopped
150 ml wine, white
150 ml chicken stock
140 ml cream (double cream)
Tarragon, fresh (Tarragon)
375 g puff pastry
1 egg (s)
Preparation
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook onion and garlic 4-5 minutes. The meat and allow to simmer while stirring for 4-5 minutes. Add garlic and wine to a boil, and let reduce to 2 / 3. Pour broth to it, and tile, until the sauce has reduced to half.
The cream and tarragon to a boil, and simmer 5-6 minutes. Be cool, and seasoning into a baking dish 2.5l, leave. Brush the edge of the mold with water, roll out puff pastry and enter on the form, press the edge, cut off the edges. A small hole cut in the middle so that the steam can leave. Place on a baking sheet and cool for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 220 C. Mix the egg with salt and spread over the pastry. Bake 40-45 minutes.

Ingredients for portions

1 pepper (s), diced small
1 chili pepper (s), diced small
75 g ham, diced
1 clove / n garlic
100 ml water
1 cube broth
450 g tomato (s), (crushed) in a can
250g chicken breast / turkey breast
1 pinch pepper, black
100 ml sherry, medium
500 g Gnocchi
2 tablespoons cheese, low fat
Preparation
Water for Gnocchi touched down. Gnocchi like lots of water!
Diced ham and onions in hot oil dropped to ham. Add the paprika and chili and simmer until cooked its own juice. Bouillon cubes, garlic cloves and 100 ml of water. boil over a low flame.
In a second pan, the spicy chicken strips sear and deglaze with the sherry in pleasing tan. simmer over low heat.
Gnocchi water boils already? Then gnocchi in!
For the ham pan now add the crushed tomatoes and the cheese as soon as the chicken strips have added the sherry, and transferring to them in the bacon pan.
Gnocchi ready? Then drain, and also to give the remaining ingredients. Stir may decorate with fresh herbs.
