Ingredients for portions
2 tin / n coconut milk
2 pepper (s) red, chopped
1 glass bamboo shoot (s)
500 g chicken breasts into strips
1 teaspoon spice paste (Harissa in a tube), red
3 tablespoons soy sauce (more to taste!)
3 cup n / Basmati
2 large onion (s) cut small
1 clove / n garlic
Preparation
The chicken meat with the Asian-spice and a little pepper. Possibly. also decide to stop in soy sauce.
Then brown the meat hot and then the peppers, onions, bamboo shoots and garlic add.
After browning add the coconut milk boil, leave and season with soy sauce and harissa. Stir well!
Cook the rice and serve together.

2 tablespoons fish sauce
Brown sugar
Preparation
Add the onion and garlic, peel the peppers in half, wash and remove the seeds. Finely chop all ingredients. 1 teaspoon peppercorns in a mortar and mix with garlic, onion and chilli to a paste.
The chicken breast fillet, wash, pat dry and cut into 1 cm wide strips. The basil, wash and pat dry, pluck the leaves from the stems and chop finely.
The chili-pepper paste in a pan fry in hot oil for several minutes.
Add the chicken breast fillets and cook about 3 minutes. Season with fish sauce and sugar. Sprinkle with Thai basil.

Preparation
The spring onions and dice, brush the peppers, remove seeds and finely chop. The boiled sweet potatoes and tofu are pressed through the ricer, mixed with spring onions, chili peppers, cornstarch, fish sauce, soy sauce and curry paste and spicy all with salt, pepper and chili powder flavored. 200 g sliced turkey meat,

1 teaspoon mixed spice, (5-spice)
½ tuber / n garlic, Chinese, finely chopped
1 cm ginger, freshly grated
4 dash of vinegar (rice vinegar), brown
3 tablespoons soy sauce, Chinese
1 tablespoon sauce (Hoisin)
50 ml water
Cilantro, for garnish
Preparation
Abbrausen shredded turkey under cold water and pat dry. Rub with a lot of lemon pepper, salt and tidy ground coriander.

TIP:
